Opening a new chart returns a black screen

I'm a new user learning on the Trial Version. I am able to load the data for AAPL but when I attempted to do the same for GM or ESU25-CME and other random tickers I get black screens. I have connection (green) and I can see the details of the stock at the very top of the chart. Please help me figure this out. Thank you.
