hello, i changed back to my broker data feed (amp/cqg) and am not getting real time data. i am navigating to the menu chart>chart settings>symbol and selecting the symbol for the nq emini. i am getting this message when i try to connect to the symbol - 'real time market data only supported with SC data feed for symbol: f.us.enqu25 id:1'. is there a step i am missing? please advise |

Sierra Chart does not have support for data from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX. You need to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed in order to get this data. You can activate the exchange(s) you want at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Keep in mind the exchanges are not pro-rated and they renew on a calendar month basis. So if you were to activate an exchange today (July 31, 2025) you would pay the full price for the exchange just to get the data for today. Then you would need to pay again tomorrow (August 1, 2025) in order to get the data for the month of August. So you may want to wait until tomorrow before activating an exchange. right, that did the trick. i thought those connections/services were still enabled. i decided to pay twice just to see it working last night. appreciate the assistance.
