Web based panel not logging in

Hi, I am not able to login to web based teton trading panel at apps.sierrachart.com/tradepanel

its giving me an error saying not authorized. I am using the same id password that i use to login the SC platform on my PC.

Its strange because before I used to be able to log into it

Depending on how long ago you used it, you may have a different interface than before.

In this new interface, you need to select the "Trading Server" and "Market Data Server" in order to login. If you have a message at the top just below your login information that states "Select Trading server and Market Data server to be able to Connect." then this is why you are not able to login. Select those servers first, then you can select the "Connect" button to actually login.
