cannot get real time data

I have reviewed my account and cannot see what I need to do to get real time data. when I logged off Friday, all was good. But when I logged on this am, I could not get data. I have not been able to figure out why. Can you help please.

The exchanges renew on a calendar month basis. You had insufficient funds in your account on August 1, 2025, to renew the CME Group exchange that you had active at that time.

You can activate the exchange(s) you want for the CME Group at the following link:
