Hello,
1. I'm planning to trade stocks like AAPL. How can I trade and which broker supports this? I only believe it's IB?
2. If IB supports, then can I trade using Denali data feed as data and then do trades only with IB?
3. Also, I have nasdaq total view and I see for APPL it's AAPL-NQTV. How does it work trading with IB? What needs to change to trade APPL with IB? Is it I have get consolidated us equities data feed?

3. You can use NASDAQ TotalView.

You need to use the Trade and Current Quote Symbol, for trading:
Chart Settings: Trade and Current Quote Symbol (text box) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol menu)
