footprint chart not printing/cannot connect to apex via rithmic

hi
ive gone over all the common issues for the footprint not printing anything and no change still not working
also i cannot connect to my amp futures live account to get live data for my rithmic
why is this so complicated

can somebody have a look at it for me im just getting nowhere

We apologize for the delay. This should be working for you now. We had to give you access to a higher service package. We have done that at no charge. After 30 days change to service package 11:

To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

You will need to login if you are not currently logged in.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button.

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.

When changing between Sierra Chart Service Packages, the usage time ending date on your Sierra Chart account is adjusted based upon the price differences between the package you are changing from and the package you are changing to.

When changing to a higher priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought back closer in time. When changing to a lower-priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought forward further out in time.

ive upgraded to 11 logged out and restarted but cannot connect to my AMP account still
also any help on getting the footprint chart to work

You should not have any trouble using the Numbers Bars study now. Here are the instructions:

If you still have an issue restart Sierra Chart.

For now:

To access historical and streaming market data independent from your Trading service. Follow these instructions.


Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "SC Data-All Services".

Press "OK"

And then translate the symbols in your Chartbooks in Sierra Chart using this "Edit' menu command:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service (Translate Symbols to Current Service)

You can then use the data provided by Sierra Chart independent of your trading service.
