There are flat, horizontal lines printed on the chart when the stock market closes for the day.
As seen on the screenshoot.
How do I get rid of them, via global settings? Don't want to do it for a ton of charts manually via chart-chart settings.

Check this setting:
Chart Settings: Include Columns With No Data (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Bar Period >> Chart Bar Settings menu)

Also adjust the Session Times to include the regular trading hours only:
