Open Order within SC - Unable to close

Hello,

I had an open order yesterday that got closed while Sierra Chart was not active and it did not recognize the trade closure and showed I still have an open position. I made a manual trade log entry to close it and it did connect the dots on the chart, it was unsuccessful in showing the open position. I flattened the position which then lead to a short position with my broker so that doesn't seem to work either.

Without clearing the trade log, how can I force Sierra Chart to recognize the trade that was closed yesterday?

Thank you so much.

Are the position quantities shown, if any, in Trade >> Trade Positions Window incorrect?

In the trade positions window it is still showing QTY 1. I apologize I should have been more clear. When I attempted to flatten the position within Sierra Chart I did so in the Trade Positions window.

I have also deleted and re-downloaded all chart data, refreshed trade data, switched the trade data and translated the symbols to their services with no effect.

If you see an incorrect position in Trade Positions Window when you are using Teton order routing then contact your broker and have your broker, insert a manual fill to offset that:

The fill was done outside of Sierra chart. I do not have an open position with the broker.

Edit: Thank you that resolved it. Have a great day.
