Good morning, I have several clients, including myself, who are unable to keep the checkbox in the Charts=> Graphic Settings window unchecked. I have been working with this issue for some time now. I have researched this issue and followed any instructions I found, but I am still unable to save the setting. Do you have any additional solutions or methods to save the window and keep the checkbox unchecked? Thank you for your assistance in this matter. Picture attached. NL |

So you are referring to Use Global Graphics Settings Instead of These Settings? There is no problem with this functionality and it works perfectly 100% stable. We would have no idea why you would have a problem. It does not make any sense. Do you know why this could be a problem? Is the Chartbook getting overwritten or replaced ? Or is there an error trying to save the Chartbook? I uncheck the box and click apply, and the checkbox doesn't stay unchecked.

Custom studies can control the state of that setting, which is the only reason this would be changing as you stating. We recommend starting in "Safe Mode" which will turn off all custom studies and see if you continue to have the issue. If the problem goes away in Safe Mode, then it is definitely a custom study that is doing this.
