Hello Sierra Chart Support, I am currently using the free trial of Sierra Chart with the SC Data feed. I would like to view delayed but accurate Time and Sales data and DOM (Depth of Market) data for COMEX Gold. However, when I open the chart or DOM for COMEX Gold, the screen appears blank/black and no market data is displayed. Could you please clarify: Whether delayed COMEX Gold data (including Time & Sales and DOM) is available with the trial SC Data feed. If yes, how I can correctly enable and view this data in Sierra Chart. If a paid exchange activation is required, kindly confirm the exact steps and cost. Thank you for your assistance. symbols on trail are limited and Gold-futures is not part of it, just XAUUSD

As noted, the COMEX Gold is not available while on a trial. For the list of what symbols you can access on a trial, refer to the following: Sierra Chart Trial Account If you want to view the delayed streaming data for the CME Group Gold (GC), then you would need to be on a paid package. Any package would work in this case.
