Unable to close bracket order

Hey, i typically use bracket orders for trading and usually just use flatten to exit my whole position, sometimes take partials. But im noticing recently, whenever i try to flatten sometimes it wont flatten the rest of the position i have on, after taking the partial. im unable to cancel all, or even press the x next to the line on the chart to cancel my order. and if price comes back tothat level, i will be in a trade. help pls.

Also it takes a while to close my order now???? what is going on!

in conclusion, its lagging a lot. if i flatten my order, it takes time. after my order is flattened, the buy limit and sell limit lines dont go. and then all of a sudden a another order is opened, and my bracket buy limit and sell limit that was just there, without the actual limit buy or sell, disappears totally.!

It looks like you are having some kind of connectivity issue with CQG. Please get us your Message Log by following these instructions so we can see if there is a specific issue showing in the log:

You are having networking issues as noted by these errors in your log:

You can try just resetting your DNS (Domain Name Service) by following these instructions:
