Unable to close bracket order

Hey, i typically use bracket orders for trading and usually just use flatten to exit my whole position, sometimes take partials. But im noticing recently, whenever i try to flatten sometimes it wont flatten the rest of the position i have on, after taking the partial. im unable to cancel all, or even press the x next to the line on the chart to cancel my order. and if price comes back tothat level, i will be in a trade. help pls. 2025-08-20 09:50:16.897 | CQG WebAPI | Sending orders unsubscribe request. in conclusion, its lagging a lot. if i flatten my order, it takes time. after my order is flattened, the buy limit and sell limit lines dont go. and then all of a sudden a another order is opened, and my bracket buy limit and sell limit that was just there, without the actual limit buy or sell, disappears totally.!
