I am interested in accessing COMEX Gold market data for one month. My requirements are: Time & Sales (Tape) viewing Depth of Market (DOM / Order Book) Charts Could you please advise: Which package and data feed I should subscribe to for these features? The options available for both delayed and real-time data? Any specific requirements or steps needed for activation? Thank you for your guidance. Best regards, Henry Cavills |

What package you need depends on whether you want the Delayed Streaming Data or Real-Time data. You can get the Delayed Streaming Data with any package, therefore the lowest cost option will be one of the "Base" packages. But, if you need real-time data, then you need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages, as that is required in order to connect to data and trading services. Refer to the information on the packages at the following link: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Packages Follow the instructions at the following link to change to a paid package: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Instructions There is no charge for the Delayed Streaming Data. But if you want real-time data, then you need to setup, activate, and pay for it. Additionally, in order to get the data for the CME Group at the non-professional rates, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to connect to that trading account at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following for more information on this requirement: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges Once you have the non-professional status worked out, then you can setup the real-time data by following the instructions at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
