its like half of the bid and ask aggressive data is gone or something. I am using sierra data. I think it might be something wrong on my end though because other people arnt having this problem. A solution would be appreciated, thanks! |

Also to add on, when using it live, I see orders pop up and then instantly disappear

We do not know what exactly you are referring to in this case. From the image, it appears that you have the Ask Market Depth in the column on the far right and then the Bid Market Depth in the column 3 to the left of the Ask Market Depth. In both of these columns everything seems fine. We do not know what the columns are in between. If you are referencing those, then we need to know exactly what column types they are and why you think something is wrong. Also to add on, when using it live, I see orders pop up and then instantly disappear
When you have this occur, get us your "Trade Service Log" by following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: Providing Lines From Trade Service Log For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

the columns that I am referring too are the recent bid volume and recent ask volume columns, if the issue isnt visible enough it is 10x more clear on NQ. On my DOM the recent bid volume and recent ask volume columns are labeled "B" and "A" for Bid and Ask. also I have followed all the steps in the provided documentation for the trade service log, there isnt anything there. to restate the problem, my DOM's recent bid volume and recent ask volume data has this skipping and disappearing issue |

What you are seeing is normal for the Recent Bid/Ask columns. The values reset when the price moves back to a specific level, so you can end up with gaps like this. The NQ is particularly "jumpy" right now, which is why there are so many gaps. Refer to the following, and note the information on settings that can affect how the data is displayed: Global Trade Settings Windows: Recent Bid Volume - Left/Center/Right Aligned If you are wanting data that is persistent, then you may be looking for the "Current Traded Bid/Ask" columns. Refer to the following: Global Trade Settings Windows: Current Traded Bid Volume - Left/Center/Right Aligned For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Oh my god haha I had "Reset Recent Bid/Ask Volume on Bid/Ask change" enabled and that was messing up how my DOM was displayed globally. Thank you for the help my DOM is finally usable, you've been great thanks!
