I am connected now via dorman trading and have denali data service though i asm denied access to FDXS future contract. pls advise as to what needs to be done in order to aquire acces to EUREX contracts.tnx |

To start with, you are not setup to get the EUREX data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. To setup this exchange, follow these instructions: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: All Other Exchanges* We wonder if you mean by "I am denied access to FDXS future contract." if you mean that you are unable to trade it. If this is the case, then you need to talk to your broker about allowing you to trade EUREX, as it sounds like they may not have you setup to do so. And finally, we are a bit confused, as our servers are showing that you are connected to Interactive Brokers. If you are setup to use Teton with Dorman, then you will need to talk to them about your options, as Teton does not support trading EUREX.
