It does not appear the following is possible, but I just wanted to check: Does SC have a scanner that will scan all stocks in the NASDAQ/NYSE etc based on a certain set of parameters like price range, volume range, float, price changes, market cap, etc? If not, is it possible to create a custom scanner that will do this inside Sierra CHart, using the SC data feeds? Thx |

You can setup some of this within Sierra Chart. There is a scanning capability within Sierra Chart, and you can load the full stock list from several exchange options. The parameters you would test against would be part of an alert that you would setup related to this. Refer to the following page for the information related to this: Study/Chart Alerts And Scanning But part of what we want to point out is that you will only be able to create alerts based on the information available - such as Price Range and Volume Range. But items like Market Cap that are not sent as part of the data feed is not available within Sierra Chart.
