Hi - I've gone through the steps on the website but cant seem to get Market Depth in my DOM for replay. This seems to affect all the symbols i try... I've looked at the logs and get this... 2025-08-23 14:30:01.616 | HD Request # 12 | Error downloading historical Market Depth data for CLV25. The type of error was unspecified. 2025-08-23 14:30:02.104 | HD Request # 13 | Error downloading historical Market Depth data for MESU25. The type of error was unspecified. Am i missing something obvious? Thanks! |
