Under Global Settings >> Symbol settings, I have a custom symbol, for example 0.19759*{AAPL}+0.17733*{NVDA} This used to work fine with SC-Data service, but now does not work (not even delayed). My last price update to this chart was on the 18th Aug, when I switched to Teton routing. Are these custom symbols supported using the Teton CME routing service? Thanks R |

I solved my own problem. Symbol settings >> Security Type >> Custom >> Stock This was set to "stock". After changing this to back to "Default - not set" the custom symbol is working properly. |

The security type should not matter. The one thing to be aware of is when you change to a different Data or Trading service you need to add the custom symbol again to the Global Symbol Settings since it will not exist for the currently set service if it was never added before for that service.
