I bought yesterday the 11th Package and the CME data pack and everything went perfectly. But this morning I was scalping on Nas went on a sell and immediatly lost the the trade but the chart on Sierra Chart showed still down movement. Then I realised on every CME Futures has been added 10 min Delay. I need that skipped Asap as I paid for live data and not past data

leevi:

A few things occurred. First, you activated an exchange on August 31, 2025. The exchanges renew on a calendar month basis, so when you activate the exchange, you were only setup to get the data for 1 day and then the exchange would renew on September 1, 2025 at a cost of $13.00. The good news is that since you had not used our Denali Exchange Data Feed previously, that 1 day was not charged, as you had a free trial for the remainder of the month in which you activated the exchange.

The next issue is that you activated a non-professional exchange prior to filling out the CME Group exchange agreements. Once you did fill those out, you did not do them properly to be considered a Non-Professional, therefore once the agreements were reviewed, your account was set to be a Professional. As such, the non-professional exchange that you had selected would not be able to renew on September 1, 2025.

At this point, you need to do the following:
1. Understand the requirement that the CME Group has in order to get the data as a Non-Professional. Also understand that you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to your live, funded, futures trading account at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges

2. Once you have a solution to a live, funded, futures trading account, then you need to redo the agreements at the following link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements

3. Then you can activate the CME Group exchange(s) for which you want real-time data at the following link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges

4. Be sure to connect your Sierra Chart software to your live, funded, futures trading account at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following instructions:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
