studies wont load when applied

hi, i have the package 11 whit denali non professional cme data. everything works well until i want to add an study in this case the market profile (tpo bars) the trading screen turns black whit nothing on it, i have checked everything i even tried the translate symbols to current service and it still wont work, like i said the charts and the dom works whit no problem but its the studies that wont load (i bought the package and the data today) thanks. https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1756866227459.png Date Time Of Last Edit: 2025-09-03 02:29:14

Everything about your account looks good, so there is no reason offhand for the TPO study to not be showing properly. The one thing we see is that the prices for that symbol for the times you are showing are around 1.3400, whereas your chart is displaying around a price point of 1.1200. Therefore, we think this is just a scaling issue. Please make sure you scale is set to "Automatic" and then reset the scales.
