(see attached) How can I set the bottom chart like the first chart - having a gap between the price and the edge of the window?

thanks, I'm familiar with fill space - that would be the part to the left of the prices on the chart. What I'm asking about is the space to the right - the padding between the numbers and the edge of the window. In the attached image, the top chart has significant padding there but the bottom chart has barely any. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2019-10-09 06:39:28

What you are referring to is automatically managed and cannot be controlled. If you select Chart >> Reload and Recalculate you would probably notice the space between the price scale, and the right edge becomes less in that top chart. I'm having the same issue. I used studies that write labels on the right of the price scale and then even when I completely remove the studies from the chart and Reload and Recalculate, I never get that space back.

Chris32: You are using the "Label" column, which does not go away completely. The best you can do is to set the option for "Automatic Sizing" for that column, which will shrink it when there is nothing displayed, but again, it will not completely disappear. Refer to the following: Global Trade Settings Windows: Automatic Sizing (Trade >> Customize Chart/Trade DOM Columns) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
