i am not getting any data feed to my sierra charts
im connected to feed but nothing is reacting to it

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

hey i am not able to trade on my live account only sim, i keep activating and paying for the services but cant make any trades on my live account, i seem to have this issue every time i repay all the fees every month, what am i doing wrong ,

Did you disable Trade Simulation mode?:
Trade Menu: Trade Simulation Mode On (Trade menu)

What is Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service set to?
