The trade orders window doesn't show my accounts ( I have many being copied) How can I fix this?

Do you have an open position on a chart and it is not showing in the "Trade >> Trade Orders Window"? Refer to the information for this window at the following link. There are a few sub-sections that could apply, particularly the one for filtering on trade account.
