Hello. I configured the Server Profit/Loss management with Teton routing and AMP clearing as de documentation describes. The service appears to be active and correct. But when the Net Loss conditions have been met, it has not been executed. Does it work with AMP? Thanks. |

No, this does not work with AMP. AMP does not support this functionality at this time. Please ask AMP to support it, as you are not the only one that uses them as a broker that wants this functionality.

Hi John, is there a page which documents all the server side options available across all your supported brokers. I am with Denali/Teton/IronBeam and trying to understand what server side features are available to me from Sierra Charts. By default, they have put me on "Flatten all trades when floating equity drops to 50% of starting balance" which seems to be their standard option across all their customer accounts. |

That feature must be from Ironbeam. It is not from Sierra Chart.

Hi. As you requested, I asked AMP to enable this functionality. They contacted Sierrachart, and after several requests, they have said that it is not possible to activate the functionality. The reason according to AMP is Sierrachart. And what I have been told is that Sierra says that due to changes in CME data requirements ‘non-display’ - they envision winding down this features. Can you please clarify this issue or explain if there was just a confusion. Thank you. |

Please, can you already comment on it? Or, alternatively, please inform about which brokers do have this functionality with Sierrachart/Teton. The documentation website does not name them.

As noted above, due to restrictions on data usage, we have had to remove this functionality for all brokers. There is no broker side Profit/Loss management available with Teton Order routing any further.
