Hello ,maybe i made a mistake...or something...because i don't arrive to trade ..i recive error message about Historican download not possible ...also error about symbol not found...data feed error and so on...Please i need if possible that you find my problem ,thank you for your help !!

With CQG WEB API i don't arrive to charge any chart,i use my cqg login
Before i used Teton..and was Ok ..now i updated to CQG and ...i don't arrive to trade.
If you have possibility to check directly....i don't know sorry ..i'm really confused ...3 hours to don't resolve this problem....

i Tryed to put Teton cme routing ..it works on sim...but if i try to trade in real i recive error message :

You are either setup to trade with CQG or with Teton. This is something that would be setup with your broker. Whichever one you are setup to use, that is the service you need to be connected to.

The issue you are having, is that you are not setup for real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. We do not support data from CQG for The CME Group and EUREX, therefore you must get this data from us. And if you are using Teton, then you need to get the data from us, as there is no other source for the data.

You last had an exchange active on May 31, 2025. But on June 1, 2025, the exchange did not renew due to insufficient funds in your account at that time.

You can activate the exchange(s) for which you want the real-time CME Group data at the following link:

Keep in mind that the exchanges are not pro-rated and they renew on a calendar month basis. So if you activate an exchange today, you will pay the full price for the exchange in order to get data for today and tomorrow. Then on Friday August 1, 2025, you will need to pay again in order to have access to the data through August. So you may want to wait until Friday before activating an exchange.

What order routing service are you setup to use with AMP? It will be one of Teton, CQG, or Rithmic.

hi,i don't know if you recived my new reply...i don't see it here !i followed your instructions ...but don' work ...my " real" order are instantky deleted ,i had also message No trade accounts assigned.Looks like i' don't have accounts opened with SC ,AMP support told me that for them everything is set correctly

Please let AMP know that you have everything setup properly for the Teton Order Routing Service, but you are still getting a "No Trading Accounts Assigned" error. In particular, make sure that they have your Sierra Chart Account Name entered properly, as this is how we connect the two systems.

If they insist that everything is correct, but you continue to get the error, then let us know.
