No level 2 market data in Package 12 Denali Feed + IBKR starting globex 04.08.25

Hi, starting globex last night, I am missing all level 2 data i.e. resting orders in the DOM. I didnt change anything over the weekend. I was able to corner the problem to: - When changing the data/trade service in the chartbook to "SC Data [data]" I can see the level 2 data. Therefore I assume I have all the necessary packages to receive the data. - When I switch back to IBKR I can place orders and everything is working fine, however I am missing all level 2 data. (Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to yes) - The problem persists with different future symbols, i.e. ES-202509-CME NQ-202509-CME Is there a problem with the denali feed that you know of? The exchanges renew on a calendar month basis, and the exchange that you had active in July did not renew on August 1, 2025, due to insufficient funds in your account at that time. This means that the data you are getting is from Interactive Brokers at the moment. Thank you very much, I renewed the mentioned service and its working now. Hope this helps others, that find this thread as the data and the packages can have different runtimes. |
