My CQG connection is no longer working? I have the Denali feed as well but CQG connection is saying invalid symbols? Everything was working fine on Friday and there have been no changes. How do I fix this issue?

The exchanges renew on a calendar month basis. You did not have enough funds in your account to renew the exchanges you had active at that time, so they were deactivated.

We see you have re-activated the exchanges since you posted this, so you should be fine now.

Yeah, I realized afterwards. I was under the impression that I needed to have the funds in the account by the first. That was my error, apologies for the confusion.

Sierra Chart renewals occur around 00:15 (15 minutes after midnight) in UTC time on the date of the renewal (all Sierra Chart times are based on UTC). Depending on where you are located in the world, this could be the same day or the day before. But it is always safest to have the funds in your account the day before the date, so you do not need to worry about it.
