I am experiencing a ten minute delay on data and I have tried to troubleshoot this myself. I am using the Denali data feed. I am up to date on all payments and have no agreements that I am aware of the I need to sign or fill out. I have not traded for a month, but my "Current Selected Service" is "Teton CME Routing," and my Clearing Firm is correctly entered. Please advise. |

The exchanges renew on a calendar month basis, which is separate from (and different from) the Sierra Chart package. You did not have enough funds in your account on August 1, 2025, to pay for the renewal of the exchange that you had active in July, therefore it was deactivated.
