The trading goes through that vendor - yes. But the data does not have to be.

Are these separate installations on the same computer or different computers?

If they are on the same computer, then for the installation connected to Rithmic, please tell us what the setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" is set to.

I have always been under the impression in order to trade a funded account the installation must be connected to rithmic otherwise the funded account would not be connected...

Yes, that is correct. Whatever account you are trading, you need to be connected to that account.

But you do NOT need to get the data from that trading service. From what you show us, you are getting your data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, while you are trading with Rithmic. This is fine.

Back the original issue then, which is that if what you show in your images is for the same installation where you are connecting to Rithmic, then you should have the Market Depth data in that DOM. Are you still having an issue with this?

So i have created a chart that contains a TPO study and a Vbp study..the Vbp study is based on the the TPO chart...I have changed the TPO study to reflect a 40% value area...yet when i change it in the Vpb study it will not stay...it keeps reverting back to 70%...the reason i have created the chart this way it allows me to set the time of the vbp and merged them where as if i did a vbp chart based on multiple periods it does not allow merging of time periods....can you please advise

You obviously did not read the documentation we referenced. It states the following:
When the Volume by Price study is used on a chart that has the TPO Profile Chart study, then the Value Area Percentage Input will be set the same as the Volume Value Area % Input with the TPO Profile Chart study. Therefore, it is necessary to change the Value Area percentage through the corresponding TPO Profile Chart study Input.

Ok so i did read it...there is no reason to be nasty or condescending...i have set the TPO to be 40% and the Vbp does not change to 40%....see the first picture has the tpo set at 40%...the VBP is not reflecting the 40%......the second picture has the tpo value area set at 70% note the vbp is still the same value area..essentially the value area is not changing with the TPO setting.

You are still not reading the documentation correctly. You need to change the Input for "Volume Value Area %" on the TPO study. This is a different Input from the "TPO Value Area %".

No this is not supported. The best you can do is to display the letters or blocks in their own column:

Another question, so do i have to click apply everytime i want the "write bar and study to file" study to provide an updated file? Is there a way to make an autmated version of this or have it updated at certain times? Will it update on the opening of the chart?

We do not know what is meant by this:
to provide an updated file?

We will stop there.

And if the study does not meet your requirements create your own study:
Advanced Custom Study Interface and Language (ACSIL)

That is the very best thing to do. Create your own study.

Ok so what i mean by this is if i use the study it only provides data through yesterday if i manually export the data it includes up to the real time data ...i am using the same chart....is there a setting i am missing in the study to include up to real time data ( the last data point before the "write bar and study to file" study is applied)...so for example if i am using an intra day chart with the minutes set at 405 minutes and run the study it will only show information for 8/18 but if i manualy export the data it will show the most recent up to date data when i clicked the apply study button

We understand. The study is designed to only write to the data file, known completed chart bars which would be when the chart bar closes and there is a new bar.

We would have to change the study to be able to, continuously rewrite the last chart bar data as it changes. We will see about this. It can be done.
