1. You can control where the Horizontal grid shows with respect to the pricing by using the following setting: Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Horizontal Grid Line Increment (Scale Settings) The lines will adjust based on the scaling as you can not have overlapping lines, so when the chart compresses the pricing, the shown lines will change. There is no way to stop this. 2. This is inherently how the drawings work, so there is nothing special you need to do. For instance, if you draw a line on a chart for the symbol ES, and then change the chart to the symbol NQ, the line will not display, as it was associated with ES. If you change the chart back to ES, the line will then display.
