1.Is it possible to automatically highlight horizontal lines on the chart at round price levels (1$, 2$, 3$, etc.) and at 50-cent intervals, but with a different color? ( i have horizontal grid lines, and I want them to remain as they are. but to highlight the levels that i describe in a different color

2. Is it possible to automatically save all graphical lines, text, and other elements for each symbol until i manually delete them, so that they remain in place when switching symbols and coming back?

1. Yes this is supported. This is the secondary grid:
Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Number of Increments for Secondary Grid (Scale Settings)

This is an option in the Scale Settings for the chart:
Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Opening the Scale Settings Window for the Main Price Graph

2. This is inherently the case. They are stored in the chart and not deleted. You can see them in the Manage Chart Drawings window:
Chart Drawing Tools: Manage Chart Drawings

1- can you explain how can I set the secondary horizontal grid lines to always show only at round price levels (1.00, 2.00, 3.00, etc.) and at 50-cent intervals (1.50, 2.50, etc.)?
Currently, when i change "number of increments for secondary grid" when I zoom in or out, the grid spacing changes automatically. I want it to stay fixed at whole dollar and 0.5 cents intervals no matter the zoom level.
2- I haven't realized if what I'm asking can be done in your platform. If so, please tell me exactly how. The link you sent is not clear.

thanks

1. You can control where the Horizontal grid shows with respect to the pricing by using the following setting:
Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Horizontal Grid Line Increment (Scale Settings)

The lines will adjust based on the scaling as you can not have overlapping lines, so when the chart compresses the pricing, the shown lines will change. There is no way to stop this.

2. This is inherently how the drawings work, so there is nothing special you need to do. For instance, if you draw a line on a chart for the symbol ES, and then change the chart to the symbol NQ, the line will not display, as it was associated with ES. If you change the chart back to ES, the line will then display.

Check the following setting related to this:
Chart Settings: Show Chart Drawings For Different Symbols (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Chart Drawings menu)

further question 2. How can I make that when I draw something on one chartwindow1 with a specific ticker (like ES), those drawings automatically appear on any other chartwindow2 where I load the same ticker?

You need to copy the drawings from one chart to the other chart. Refer to the following:
Chart Settings: Copy Chart Drawings from Chart #'s (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Chart Drawings menu)
