With regards to the chart not showing the candles, we believe the issue is that you are trying to open a chart for a symbol for which you are not allowed to get data. You are currently on a Trial, and while on a trial you have limited data available. Refer to the following:

With regards to the custom indicator, there is no reason for this from the Sierra Chart side. Most likely it is something to do with that study. If you created this, then you need to look into what might be occurring. If someone else developed it, then you need to talk to them about it.
