Hello, I’m trying to install Sierra Chart 64-bit on my Windows PC, but I keep getting this error during installation: "Error saving download files to local system. Installation stopped." I’ve already disabled antivirus, ran the installer as Administrator, and tried different download mirrors — but the problem still happens. Also, the installation was completed once before, but when I tried to add the Footprint indicator, it didn’t work. So I uninstalled everything and tried to reinstall, but now I cannot get past the installation error. Could you please help me fix this issue? Thank you, S |

When I open Sierra Chart and select a symbol, the chart loads but no candles are displayed — the screen remains black. Also, when I try to add my custom indicator, it appears in the list, but its input parameters (such as the Bar Number setting) are completely missing. Could you please help me resolve this issue? |

With regards to the chart not showing the candles, we believe the issue is that you are trying to open a chart for a symbol for which you are not allowed to get data. You are currently on a Trial, and while on a trial you have limited data available. Refer to the following: Sierra Chart Trial Account With regards to the custom indicator, there is no reason for this from the Sierra Chart side. Most likely it is something to do with that study. If you created this, then you need to look into what might be occurring. If someone else developed it, then you need to talk to them about it.
