Since these are 1 hour bars and your Start Time for your Session Time is 00:00:00, you should have bars at every even 1 hour increment. You should NOT have bars showing on the half-hour mark. If you want the bars to be aligned to the half-hour mark, then you need to set the Start Time for your chart to be 00:30:00.
