The Stop and Target are "Pending" side orders. As such, these orders only exist on your local computer. If Sierra Chart was not running when the price moved through the level of one of these, then that order would not activate, as the software is not running to process it. If Sierra Chart was running at the time, then the child order should have converted to a Market Order and been sent to the exchange. In this case, you need to look at the "Trade Activity" tab of the Trade Activity Log and see what occurred in relation to the specific order that should have converted. Also, exactly what order type are you using for the Stop and Target?
