Subject: Problem connecting to the real-time feed via TWS / Interactive Brokers

Hello,

I'm contacting you because I'm currently experiencing a problem connecting to the real-time feed via your platform.

Every month, I connect using TWS (Trader Workstation) to access the real-time data feed provided by Interactive Brokers, strictly following the usual protocol. Until now, everything worked perfectly.

However, during the month of July, this connection failed despite following the procedures. All tools (Sierra Chart, TWS, etc.) have been updated, but I am no longer receiving the real-time data feed as before.

I would be grateful if you could:

Check if the connection between Sierra Chart and Interactive Brokers is working normally on your end.

Send me the official and up-to-date protocol to follow to ensure a proper connection between the two systems.
