We apologize that you are in the middle of this, but this is not our issue. Our software is stating that their software is not a proper application. Part of this may be that you are running Sierra Chart on a MAC. You need to talk to Sierachart.com and see if they have a solution. There is nothing we can do about this particular issue as it is completely within their realm.

If they are unable to fix it, then they should be issuing you a refund.
