hi, If you know the sierachart.com, they give templates and indicators. Recently they give me 7 day free trial of an indicator, and they asked me to open it by going to analysis, Studies, Add custom study. But when I go there, there is no new study, it's all the default one. Their support told me to contact you. I attached the message log and you cans see what error is coming. I greatly appreciate if you solve the problem, because that study would greatly help me in my trading |

We see that you are setup to get 3 files with the following names: - EXHAUSTION. - NZ-PRO-TRADING - SC_Orderflow-Studies We do not know which of these is the one you are referring to, or maybe all 3. But we do see these in your log as showing up properly in your system. Yeah, I have all this three files on the data folder. But its not dispalying on add custom study option. It's all the default one. If you look clearly the message log showing an error about this study, I have attached latest picture of message log. The error it showing is' Windows error code 193: %1 is not a valid Win32 application". Please look at it and help me to get this 3 studies run because I paid $400 cad for this. I really appreciate your help. |

You need to talk to Sierachart.com to work through that issue. The problem is coming from their software.

But I already talk to them and they saying that you should contact Sierra chart support because its their software that can't letting this studies run Can you PLEASE find a solution of it |

We apologize that you are in the middle of this, but this is not our issue. Our software is stating that their software is not a proper application. Part of this may be that you are running Sierra Chart on a MAC. You need to talk to Sierachart.com and see if they have a solution. There is nothing we can do about this particular issue as it is completely within their realm. If they are unable to fix it, then they should be issuing you a refund. Part of this may be that you are running Sierra Chart on a MAC
Running Sierra Chart and trying to load dlls from the \\Mac\Home\Desktop\Data\ shared folder path is probably something to do with it. Even the built-in UserContributedStudies_64.dll does not load properly for the same reason. |

Chatgpt solve the problem What happening is that I was running sierra chart Arm64 version and he tell me to use simple version sierra chart64 without arm. And it solve the problem |
