We have refunded the 1 extra month back to your Services Surplus. Just so you are aware, what it looks like occurred was that you added funds, and since your account was already setup for Package 11 for 1 month, it automatically renewed as soon as you added the funds. We think you did not realize this and therefore went to the "Activate Services" option and selected the "Update and Renew Now" button. In selecting this button you added the 1 extra month of Usage Time.
