Hello,
I recently added $100 to my Sierra Chart account. My plan was:

$46 for a 1-month Sierra Chart package

$52 for CME and CBOT data (for 2 devices)
Total: $98


However, after activating the Sierra Chart account, I noticed that it was renewed for 2 months instead of 1. I believe this may have happened due to a browser glitch or delay while submitting the request.

As a result, more than expected was deducted from my account balance, and now I’m unable to activate the CBOT data due to insufficient funds.

Could you please adjust the renewal to 1 month instead of 2 months? This would allow me to proceed with activating both data feeds as originally intended.

We have refunded the 1 extra month back to your Services Surplus.

Just so you are aware, what it looks like occurred was that you added funds, and since your account was already setup for Package 11 for 1 month, it automatically renewed as soon as you added the funds. We think you did not realize this and therefore went to the "Activate Services" option and selected the "Update and Renew Now" button. In selecting this button you added the 1 extra month of Usage Time.
