We did have a close look at this, nothing has changed which would cause a problem but a problem like this, is very concerning to us. It does not help for us to look at it on your system unless it is reproducible. We have looked at the code, and can see that if there is an error with copying of the temporary file to the original file name, that it would lead to this problem. That error will be in the Window >> Message Log. So check the log for errors, when saving a Chartbook.
