Workspace file turns to 0Kb and a ***.Cht.temp file is created?

Hi,

Twice today my workspace wouldn't load in file explorer I noticed it became 0Kb and the same file name with a .temp is underneath. When I delete the 0kb file and rename the temp back to original name it then works.
This has only started happening with latest versions 2782 and I believe one before it.

Yes absolutely I checked and the file is correct today wasn't changed to a temp one. I'm not exactly sure what causes this but its happened to me twice once on Thursday and again Friday. Today the file is ok.

We did have a close look at this, nothing has changed which would cause a problem but a problem like this, is very concerning to us.

It does not help for us to look at it on your system unless it is reproducible. We have looked at the code, and can see that if there is an error with copying of the temporary file to the original file name, that it would lead to this problem. That error will be in the Window >> Message Log. So check the log for errors, when saving a Chartbook.

Also we want you to enable saving the Message Log to a file:
