Subject: Issue with Candle Display for US30 and Other Symbols in Sierra Chart Dear Support Team, I am experiencing an issue with Sierra Chart. When I add the US30 symbol or any other symbol except Gold to the chart, the candlestick data does not display, and the chart remains blank or black. However, the Gold symbol displays candles correctly without any issues. I have checked my internet connection and tried refreshing the charts, but the problem persists. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? Thank you for your support. |
