Hi - I am nearly certain I am subscribed to all data packages required to run TPO Profile Charts, but they do not function on my platform. As soon as the study is applied, my chart candles and any other existing data disappears entirely, and I am left with a blank window. I have successfully run every other chart and study type imaginable and never run into any fatal issues, but despite weeks of troubleshooting and searching forums and AI support, no settings or attempted fixes have made any impact. I have attached a picture of the blank window I receive upon adding the study. Really appreciate your help. I am running Teton with a full depth Denali feed for CME, and am trying to view TPO profiles across any of those tickers. |
