Additional information : the version 2773 seems to have the message log visible, but the later versions after it seems to have developed this issue. Upon further investigation of the error on 2-3 separate installations running different versions, i have found that installing an earlier version (like 2586, 2737) where this issue does not occur, using the Specific Version feature, resolves the issue and then when you install current version through installer again, it seems to work fine. There is something being changed by installer that is causing this issue i think. also in version 2774, there is a spike in RAM usage significantly during the loading of chars, and then the memory not being released after the chartbook is open |
