There is an issue with the "Global Settings >> Message Categories" in recent releases, where these are all being set to "No", which means that the Message Log and Trade Activity Log will not show anything. Please go to "Global Settings >> Message Categories" and set all the options to "Yes". Then look at your "Trade >> Trade Service Log" and see if the information is showing (which it should be).
