It's the same for me, even though I have connected a funded trading account in the last 30 days and even did so today again. Reconnecting did not solve it. I'm within the usage time and have a high enough account balance for auto-renewal (which is only 2 weeks from now). Prompting re-downloading from the chart also does not work. It's immediately skipping historial data download and nothing happens.
