Sierra Chart - Rithmic / Historical download skipped

Hello,

I´am using Rithmic to trade via DTC on Apex funding account. Sierra was running fine till today with this message and I can not get any historical data.
I have got only this message by starting download : historical download skipped, but real time data are running OK from this point.

Please see my attached message log, why I have not historical data?

Activate the exchange that you need here:

It's the same for me, even though I have connected a funded trading account in the last 30 days and even did so today again. Reconnecting did not solve it. I'm within the usage time and have a high enough account balance for auto-renewal (which is only 2 weeks from now). Prompting re-downloading from the chart also does not work. It's immediately skipping historial data download and nothing happens.

You have the same problem as the original poster. The exchange that you had active in August did not renew on September 1, 2025, due to insufficient funds in your account on that day. You can activate the exchange(s) you want for the CME Group at the following link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges

Keep in mind the exchanges renew differently from the packages. The packages renew on a rolling 31 day cycle. The exchanges renew on a calendar month basis.
