You are setup to get the data for the CME Exchange from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Since you are NOT setup to get the data for COMEX, you would be trying to get that data from Rithmic, which you must not be setup to get from them. The easiest, and best, solution is to add the COMEX exchange from our Denali Exchange Data Feed.
