Hi John, Thank you for your message. I’ve recently joined an APEX funding account, which is set up with Rithmic (as I’m sure you know). To get this running, I installed a separate version of Sierra. Unfortunately, it seems I can’t use Denali for this funding program. Do you have any idea why I’m unable to log in with Rithmic and subscribe to COMEX? The connection works fine through my Jigsaw account, so I know the Rithmic feed is coming through. However, I’d really prefer to execute my orders in Sierra, which is why I’d like to have it working there. Thanks in advance for your help! Best regards, Anita |
