User196295: You have the same problem as the original poster. The exchange that you had active in August did not renew on September 1, 2025, due to insufficient funds in your account on that day. You can activate the exchange(s) you want for the CME Group at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Keep in mind the exchanges renew differently from the packages. The packages renew on a rolling 31 day cycle. The exchanges renew on a calendar month basis.
